idn789 Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of funds held in a Player's Account, including Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance where separately tracked.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Player by idn789 under specified conditions.
• "Company" means idn789, the operator of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by idn789 before a Player may withdraw funds.
• "Platform" means the idn789 website, mobile web interface, and all associated products and services accessible via https://idn789.vu.
• "Player" means any individual who holds a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Activity" has the meaning set out in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it may be withdrawn as real money.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by idn789 for all operational references, draw schedules, and customer support hours.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. idn789 enforces a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit minors to access or use the Platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity — opening an Account in your own name.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion list or have been previously self-excluded from idn789 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party, nor depositing funds sourced from a third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of idn789 or any of its affiliated companies or game-studio partners.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

To access real-money betting on idn789, you must complete the Account registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your Account information if it changes.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, idn789 reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts without prior notice.
• Forfeit any Bonus balances held across all associated Accounts.
• Withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
• Recover any winnings derived from Bets placed using Bonus funds obtained across multiple Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. idn789 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP to protect your Account. You must notify idn789 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

idn789 is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, and may require KYC at any stage of the Account lifecycle. KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card / KTP, passport, or SIM driving licence).
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 90 days showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a bank account statement from your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other nominated bank).
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, as requested by the idn789 verification team.

idn789 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within thirty (30) days of a verification request being issued may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until the verification is completed to idn789's satisfaction. Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with idn789's Privacy Policy.

5.1 Deposits. idn789 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform: Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon); Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja); and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, USDT ERC-20, Bitcoin, Ethereum). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times for each method are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard. All deposit amounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) unless you are depositing via cryptocurrency, in which case the equivalent IDR value at the prevailing exchange rate will be credited to your Account.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit on your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. idn789 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under 10 minutes for Indonesian bank transfers during normal operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Withdrawal requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day. idn789 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Currency & Conversion. The Platform operates primarily in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to IDR at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of confirmed receipt on the blockchain. idn789 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. idn789 reserves the right to deduct an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 25.000 per month from dormant Account balances. Players will be notified by email before the dormancy fee commences. Accounts with a zero balance after the dormancy period may be closed at idn789's discretion.

idn789 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page and are governed by the following general bonus conditions:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The standard wagering requirement is 5x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may differ — always check the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Only real money balance may be withdrawn at any time without a wagering obligation, subject to the general withdrawal terms above.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between Accounts and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• idn789 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse or where a system error has resulted in an incorrect bonus being awarded.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through multi-accounting or the use of VPNs are prohibited.
• Certain game categories may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations for bonus clearance purposes. For example, togel online (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets, live sports bets, and certain live casino side bets may carry a reduced contribution percentage — refer to the specific promotion terms for full details.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the idn789 Platform across all product verticals including sportsbook, live casino, togel online, poker, and slot games:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. idn789 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet, except in cases of obvious system error or manifest pricing error as determined solely by idn789.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round or live event, idn789's server-side records will constitute the definitive record of the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical failure attributable to idn789, the stake will be returned to the Player's Account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per market, game, and event are displayed within the Platform interface and are subject to change at idn789's discretion.
• idn789 reserves the right to void any bet placed on any market where the result was known or reasonably knowable by the Player at the time the bet was placed.
• For sportsbook markets, idn789 follows standard international sports betting rules as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. Where a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time.
• All slot and RNG casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs). The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available from the game information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the idn789 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate Account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, scripting tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability — whether or not a bet or withdrawal is placed in connection with the exploit.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that constitutes or facilitates illegal activity under any applicable law.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players in poker or any multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions, duplicate account detection, or bonus eligibility rules.
• Impersonating any other person or entity, or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Any conduct that idn789 reasonably determines to constitute cheating, match-fixing, or insider knowledge betting.

idn789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for Account management, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• idn789 employs 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform servers.
• idn789 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to provide Platform services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers) or as required by applicable law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting idn789 support at the email address listed in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idn789 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial loss arising from a Bet or wager placed on the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered on it, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or any other cause.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or KYC verification where such delay is caused by a third-party payment provider or bank.
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

idn789's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the aggregate amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

idn789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement or any other idn789 policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargebacks, disputed transactions, or reversed payments associated with the Account.
• idn789's determination, at its sole discretion, that continued operation of the Account poses a commercial, legal, or reputational risk.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting idn789 support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance (net of any outstanding withdrawal holds or investigative freezes) will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completed KYC. Bonus balances are forfeited upon Account closure unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.

idn789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the Platform homepage and/or by email to the address registered on your Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idn789 is incorporated. idn789 primarily serves the Indonesian market; however, Indonesian national law does not currently regulate offshore online gambling operators. Players in Indonesia access the Platform at their own risk and on the basis of their own assessment of applicable local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through idn789's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The arbitral proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents idn789 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

idn789 makes no warranty that the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. You alone are responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your country of residence.
